These are the terms and conditions that apply to how we supply products to you, whether these are goods, services, training or subscription services. Please ensure that you are familiar with these terms before you make any purchases from us.

1. Who we are

2. What we offer
   1. D2.1. We offer a variety of menopause-related services, goods and training for consumers and businesses. The details of our consumer and business offerings are available on our product pages on the website.
   2. We will continue to add to and update the services, goods and training available to our users. Changes to the offering may be communicated to users in the weekly newsletter, via our social media pages, and advertising on our website – among others.
   3. Daliah is not a medical company, nor do we manufacture products or supplements. All medical services, products and supplements made available via our website to our users, are provided by third party partners.
   4. When you make a purchase of any of these medical services, products or supplements that are offered via third party partners, the onus is on you to familiarise yourself with the relevant terms and conditions of each service provider before making a purchase. If you do not agree with the service provider’s terms and conditions, please do not make a purchase from them.
   5. The independent third party service providers are responsible for fulfilment of your order.
3. Completing the Menopause Mapper
   1. The Menopause Mapper offered on our website is free and users may complete the mapper as often as they like. Completing the Menopause Mapper does not obligate a user to purchase any goods, services or training from us.
   2. By completing the Menopause Mapper, you will be providing us with sensitive personal information that will be stored in a secure database (refer to our Privacy Policy for more information).
   3. By completing the Menopause Mapper, you confirm that you have answered all the questions honestly, have accepted our Privacy Policy, and these terms and conditions.
   4. Once you have completed the Menopause Mapper, your results will be emailed to you – along with an introductory information pack to help you navigate the phase of menopause that you are in.
   5. The sensitive personal information will only be used to provide you with tailored information via email. From time to time, this may include letting you know about new products, services or training that could be of use to you, based on the information you have provided. You can opt out of receiving tailored information at any time.
4. Buying from us
   1. All orders, whether that is for services, goods or training, will have an order number and orders will be confirmed in writing via email with you – either from us (where you have booked training, events or webinars) or from the third party service provider (where you have ordered products, supplements or medical services).
   2. You may be redirected to a third party website to fulfil your order. Please read the relevant Privacy Policy and Terms of Use for the fulfilment partner, prior to entering your personal information into the order form or concluding your purchase. These may be different to ours.
   3. The fulfilment partner will use the email address that you provide at the time of making your purchase.
   4. The cost of the goods, services or training will be displayed on our website and are inclusive of local taxes (where relevant). Please refer to the specific fulfilment partner’s terms and conditions for applicable delivery or other surcharges charges (where relevant) – these will be displayed at check out.
   5. Payment for goods, services or training will be processed by the fulfilment partner. Please make sure you know who you are making payment, and take note of your order number and the contact details of the fulfilment partner should you need to follow up on your order.
